At SillySanta, we want you to love your festive gear, but if it's not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to spreading holiday cheer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
